September 14 2010 road work aggregate stockpiles along canal side of street without rain runoff provisions.  Stockpiles were used by the time of the October 2010 inspection , when photos were taken of additional aggregate stored on nearby vacant lots.  The road work is being done throughout the parish.

Other sections of the road work seem to be using a different type of aggregate: calcium carbonate, the solid waste from the nearby sugar refinery.
